1. L.E. Yanelli owns all rights to all pictures taken. L.E. Yanelli reserves the right to use any and all pictures for any and all types of advertisement relating to Bellies by L.E.
2. L.E. Yanelli will always be on time for your appointment. Please do the same. If you are more than 20 minutes late, please reschedule. Also, please be ready to shoot when you arrive at the studio. If meeting at a location other than the studio, show up dressed and ready to shoot at appointed time. For example, if your shoot is scheduled at 11:00- be ready to shoot at 11:00. If you need time to change, fix hair and make up or use the restroom, or feed your baby - please do so ahead of time- before your scheduled appointment. If you show up to the studio later than 20 minutes past your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for L.E. Yanelli’s next available time - usually a month out.
3. If you need to reschedule- please do so with as much notice as possible - 48 hours when you can. There is usually a waiting list and booking your spot is much easier with plenty of notification. I do understand that life is unpredictable with children, therefore there is no penalty for cancellation. However, clients who do not cancel and do not show for their appointment will not have the opportunity to reschedule at a later date.
4. Bellies by L.E. and/or L.E. Yanelli is not responsible for any injury occurring during your photo session.
